These terms cover your use of linetilt.com, our templates and digital products, and our custom design services. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
linetilt is a design studio run by Radu Spataru. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean linetilt; “you” means the person or company using our site, products or services.
2. Templates & digital products
Framer + Figma templates are sold and delivered through the Framer Marketplace and are also subject to Framer’s terms. Social media templates (made for Figma) are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Your use of each product is governed by our Licenses page.
3. Custom services
Custom projects — websites, design systems, brand work, UI/UX audits and MVP design — are scoped in a written proposal. The proposal sets out deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule and takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
4. Payments & refunds
Product payments are handled by Framer or Gumroad. Because digital products can be downloaded instantly, refunds are offered at our discretion within 14 days if a product is faulty or not as described. Service payments follow the schedule in your proposal.
5. Intellectual property
We keep ownership of our templates and design assets; you receive a licence to use them. For custom work, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you once the project is paid in full.
6. Liability
We take care with everything we make, but our products and services are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
